    Despite the recent rapid increase in the number of female soldiers and drastic changes in the position of female soldiers in and out of the military, some people, regardless of whether they are inside or outside the military, still view that the use of female troops in limited areas is sufficient. They also interpret female soldiers’military contributions indirectly. And this view is likely to undermine the female soldiers’ reasonable assessment of their ability to perform their duties and lead to discrimination or infringement of equal rights in personnel evaluation, job placement, and education training. Sexual discrimination damages in the military are divided by type. Therefore, it is possible to determine which types of discrimination are prevalent in the military. According to the indicators, many problems were reported by female soldiers such as “issues related to posts or positions” followed by “issues of assignment and quota of work”. In other words, equal opportunities for women soldiers in these sectors. Therefore, the nation and the military should think about their roles to address and resolve such inequalities in opportunities.
